Return Policies:
- All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please contact us regarding issuance of an RMA number.
- Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void any Return. Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused by RMA service and returned to you.
- All products are backed by the product's manufacturer's warranty first and foremost. Product that is determined to be defective by the manufacturer or [website] will qualify for repair/replacement at our sole discretion.
- Systems, Video Games and software are non-refundable for any reason once opened. We will assist the customers whenever possible in order to reach a level of satisfaction with the manufacturers’ policies and warranties.
- Physical Damages: All physical damages not reported within 48 hours of receipt are not replaceable and cannot be returned. If you return any physically damaged item without prior approval, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
- Refused Shipments: A refused shipment includes a customer refused the package, multiple delivery attempts made without delivery, or the address provided was incorrect. Products returned to us without proper authorization for return instructions will be subject to additional fees up to 20% of the purchase price to cover return shipping and handling charges.

Consumable Products Return Policy:
Consumable items are items such as Toner Cartridges, Printer Ink, CD/DVD Media, Paper Products etc. that are consumed once they are used.

- All merchandise covered under this policy can only be repaired/replaced (if the merchandise is sealed & unopened) within 30 days from invoiced date.
Open Box Return Policy:
