We ship only within the United States and its territories. Orders placed by 9:00AM PST generally ships same business day.

To receive your order by Christmas, you must place your order by 9:00AM Pacific Standard Time on the days listed below for various shipping options.

2013 Holiday Shipping Schedule

** Ground & 3 Day Select Shipping does not apply to the following states HI, AK, or any US territories. Please note that shipping days do not include weekends and public holidays

For Free Shipping Promotions: Please allow 7-21 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that items utilizing free shipping promotions may be shipped with the most economical form of shipment and may take longer to arrive. Should you need the order to be delivered sooner, please utilize our other expedited shipping methods at normal shipping rates.

For Ground shipping: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order unless the products ordered is a pre-order item. Pre-order items will be shipped around the released date specified on the website.

For Next Day, 2Day and 3Day Shipping: Please allow 1 business day to process your order unless the products ordered is a pre-order item. Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day Shipping will either be shipped on the same day or within 1 business day. Pre-order items will be shipped 24 hours after the released date specified on the website.

Please note: We do not deliver on Saturdays. For Saturday delivery, please contact us for additional charges.

Shipping Rates for United States:We shipped all products with FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The shipping rate is based on UPS rates. ALL of our shipments are insured so you don't have to worry about your package being lost or stolen. If there is a carrier that you prefer, please specify that under the "comment" section of the checkout page.

The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order is processed.
